Three Shows, One Location

The Miami Fine Beverage, Chocolate & Food Show is a unique fine beverage chocolate & culinary event features fine artisanal beverage, The event showcases the gourmet talents of local chefs and world class chocolatiers while presenting a selection of fine food and beer wine and spirits. Over 80 vendors will offer food and drink as well as specialty items for purchase. The event features: three shows in one – beer wine & spirits, chocolate and food - plus live cooking demonstrations by popular chefs, pairing and beverage seminars. As well as Pinecrest Gardens itself. This lush tropical garden is one of the most spectacular gardens in Florida if not the US.

Fine Beverage Showcase

There are five alcoholic beverage areas for you to sample and enjoy.

• Rum Rumba - includes rums, cognac, scotches and whiskies

• The Vodka Venue – vodka and gin

• Craft Beer & Fine Wine World

• Tequila Temptations

• The Mixologist Mad House – mixed drinks

Fine Chocolate Pavilion

Visit our “show within a show”. Taste the finest in handmade, small batch, organic, truffles, bars, macarons and ganache from around the country; then take home your favorites because these chocolate makers are selling their products for you to enjoy at home.

Restaurant Row

Enjoy the tastes of Miami as you stroll through Restaurant Row at Pinecrest Gardens. Visit over 30 restaurants where top chefs display their signature dishes. Sample new menu items, learn about new flavors and experience what the best of the culinary scene in Miami has to offer.

Demonstration Stage

Presented by the Miami Culinary Institute

Enjoy over 30 hours of live demonstrations in the 500-seat Banyan Bowl Amphitheater. Learn from some of Miami’s most talented chefs and from the country’s premier chocolatiers as they make dozens of the finest food and chocolate creations right in front of your eyes.

Pairings Pavilion

You’ll finally get an answer to the common question “What goes with…?” Sample and learn about the latest trends in beverage pairings where experts teach you the art of pairing beer, wine, spirits, coffees and teas with a wide variety of fine food and artisanal chocolates and cheeses.

Petting Zoo, Water Playground, Feed the Fish and more

Getting stuffed? Take a walk, bring the kids and enjoy the over 4 acre garden setting of Pinecrest Gardens where you’ll find fun things for kids like a petting zoo, a water playground and a place to feed and learn about fish.
